Financial statements are prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland including the provisions of Section 1A “Small Entities” and the Companies Act 2006.
Taxes are calculated in according with tax rules issued by HMRC. We assess income of individuals and businesses and generate an efficient tax plan for the tax year. We represent clients for HMRC’s tax inquiries.
Payroll is processed and submitted Real Time Information (RTI) in according with HMRC’s rules and regulations. The employees are issued payslips and assessed for pension scheme in according with pension regulation in UK. We setup a pension scheme with NEST pension provider for employers and enroll employees and submit pension contributions. The employers are advised of PAYE tax and the pension deduction for payment.
Bookkeeping is maintained in according with HMRC’s Making Tax Digital (MTD) rules for VAT registered business in UK. We provide discounted cloud software subscriptions by Sage, QuickBooks and Xero to our clients.
